Responsible for providing high level quality customer service and technical support to lending partners regarding loan servicing and liquidations. Maintain a strong knowledge of SBA standard operating procedures in both the 50 10 and 50 57.


• Perform all functions related to properly servicing an SBA Loan Portfolio
• Submit amendment/modification requests to maintain the SBA guaranty
• Maintain all tracking spreadsheets to show the status of each loan
• Help facilitate loan sales, loan servicing requests, etc.
• Acts as backup to Loan Processor when needed
• Advise management on loan servicing and modification actions during regular servicing
• Assist with loans that default, due to non-payment, or other issue. Being willing to make several phone calls to SBA Loan Borrowers/Guarantors to discuss payment status and future plans
• Assist bank in completing all liquidation packages (request to purchase from secondary market, post- purchase, offer in compromise, liquidation plan, charge off)
• Submit packages to SBA upon bank's request
• Complete or assist on liquidation/other reports as requested
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.


• 1-3 years loan servicing experience, preferably in SBA Lending.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proficient in Etran, DocuSign, SBA SendThisFile, 1502 Dashboard.
• Proven excellence in written and oral communications.
• Ability to prioritize work and perform under limited supervision.
• Strong prioritization and organization skills.
• Team Player
